CFA is the only privately funded organization in the state of Indiana that provides grants to independent filmmakers and media artists. Since 2004, we've given over $3000 to help with the production costs of a variety of film & media arts projects.
The CFA grant program is funded entirely through donations and various fundraising activities, including:
Atomic Age Cinema: A weekly cinema event featuring a live hosts and vintage and obscure horror and sci-fi films. (Shows are every Saturday night at midnight at the CINEMAT in downtown Bloomington, IN. Tickets are only $3)
CFA Recycling Program: CFA participates in a recycling program for ink jet cartridges and used electronics including cell phones, PDAs, MP3 players, digital cameras, laptops, etc. We accept all brands, working and non-working. Our main drop-off location is the Cinemat, downtown Bloomington at 4th & Walnut St., however we'll be adding more locations soon!
Donations: Donations can be mailed to:
Indiana Memorial Union Bldg.
